• Financial Institutions have set up and operationalized the e-voucher scheme
• The Programme has signed a performance-based MOU with each selected farmer group stipulating the roles and responsibilities the parties. The counties will be involved in the monitoring and evaluation of the use and impact of the e-voucher inputs and services.
• Selected Agro-dealers will also sign an agreement for enrollment with the Programme.
• Based on the results of the scoping study, farmer groups and private investors are invited to submit proposals for co-funding of storage/processing facilities.
